Bac Lieu Wind Power Plant Phase 3 with an installed capacity of 141 MW with 47 wind turbine pillars, started in January 2018. Each wind turbine has a capacity of about 2.5 - 3.5 MW. The expected annual electricity output is 373 million kWh [5]

VHS has been awarded to perform more than 90 square kilometres Bathymetric survey in 2018 and 48 boreholes of Soil investigation in 2019 for Bac Lieu wind power plant - Phase 3.

In July 2021, VHS continues to be trusted to conduct Soil investigation of the next 14 holes of the project.
