The Binh Dai Wind Power Plant project is located in the southeast sea area of Ben Tre province, Vietnam, about 55km-straight distance from the Ben Tre city centre. The whole project has a total capacity of 310 MW and separates into 8 phases.
In 2019, VHS carried out 10km2 of Bathymetric survey on a scale of 1/2000 and 15 boreholes of soil investigation for the Feasible Study stage of the Project.
In June 2020, VHS carried out 8km2 of Bathymetric survey on a scale of 1/500 and 33 boreholes of Phase 1,2,3.
In Nov 2020, VHS surveyed subsea cable route by Side-scan sonar, Sub-bottom profiler and Multibeam echo sounder.
In April 2021, VHS use Multibeam echo sounder to inspect the condition of the seabed at the position of the Mono-pile.
