The Ben Tre VPL wind power plant project is located in Thoi Thuan communes, Binh Dai district, Ben Tre province. The factory has a total capacity of 70MW. All wind turbines are installed in shallow waters near the shore.

Viet Hydrographic Survey Co., Ltd (‘VHS’) was contracted by INGEFCO to carry out the on-land topographical survey, bathymetric survey and Side scan sonar survey.
